AcheronChoose + Overseer for a workspace, then pick Claude Code, Codex, or Charon. Overseer is a role available to all three agent types, with tools to inspect the workspace, assign work to connected agents, review results, and ask for your decisions.
Give the manager an objective and connect an implementer. The manager can break the work into tasks, send instructions, and follow up when results arrive. Its work remains visible in the agent’s terminal and the Overseer drawer.

A Drive connection grants the Overseer permission to send input to a target session. A Note connection is visual only. Wire identifies which agents the manager may direct; it does not blindly relay every line of terminal output.
The drawer separates the current report, work items, runs, approvals, and event history. Work items carry acceptance criteria and supporting evidence, so you can inspect why a task is considered complete.
Before an automatic update, Acheron compares connected sessions’ output and state with what it last reported. Repeated notifications with unchanged content do not start another model turn. Changes are grouped into targeted updates; user decisions still get through. Choose the cadence and cycle limit, pause the manager, or request a full review with Cycle now.
