License

Astrarium is licensed, not sold. A purchased license permits one person to install and use Astrarium on the machines they personally use, for any musical purpose, commercial or not. Sounds you make with it are entirely yours. You may not redistribute the software or license files. The demo may be shared freely.

Refunds

14 days, no questions. Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with.

Privacy

Astrarium collects no data. The application contains no telemetry, no account system, and no activation server; the complete list of public data feeds it can read (weather, space weather, earthquakes) is shown in the app's NET panel, each with an off switch. When you buy, your email address is used to deliver your license and for nothing else. Payments are processed by Stripe under their privacy policy; card details never reach us.

Warranty

Astrarium is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is an early-access product under active development; purchases include all 0.x updates and the 1.0 release.
